Hello, my name is Mietek. I am a construction specialist based in the Oxford area, originally from Poland, with a diploma in General Construction (equivalent to a UK Construction Project Manager). I have both solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience gained through work in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, electrical tasks and general building.

I also have a strong passion for interior and garden design. Over the years, I have created interiors for restaurants such as Cleopatra and Sheherezada, as well as a number of unique custom-made projects including spiral stairs, hidden staircases and fold-away beds.

I believe in practical, durable and environmentally friendly solutions. Whenever possible, I incorporate ecological techniques such as ground heat exchangers, green roofs and effective home insulation into my work to achieve better comfort and lower energy use.
